Micah Berkley spent two decades keeping critical systems running for some of the biggest companies in the world: Site Reliability Engineering at Google, cloud architecture and machine learning at BMW of North America, and big-data marketing science at Fashion Nova. His job was always the same — walk into rooms where leadership didn't speak the technology, and build the bridge.

Today he does that for business owners as the Fractional Chief of AI: a part-time executive seat covering AI strategy, hands-on builds, and team education for owner-led companies that know they're behind. He is the builder of Claresto.com, a live Ad Operations Command Center for paid media. Every week he teaches AI free to youth and entrepreneurs across Miami. His work has been featured on the front page of the Miami Herald and covered by AP News and the National Law Review. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Brown University and is based in Miami, Florida.
