I'm Micah Berkley, Fractional Chief of AI, based in Miami. Two decades in enterprise tech. Google. BMW. Fashion Nova. Now I sit on your side of the table and turn AI into working systems and real money for owners who were never invited to the table.

The translator

I studied computer science at Brown. Then I spent two decades keeping critical systems running for some of the biggest companies in the world.

At Google I was a Senior Cloud Architect running AWS to GCP migrations. I was also the Senior SRE who got the call when money was burning. At BMW of North America I worked on machine learning and cloud architecture. At Fashion Nova I ran big-data marketing science, where AI-driven strategy cut ad spend and drove millions in revenue.

Different companies. Same job. I walked into rooms where leadership did not speak the technology, and I built the bridge. Every time.

Now I do that for business owners. You know AI is happening. You quietly know you are behind. You do not need to understand AI. You need someone who does, sitting on your side of the table.

I don't talk about AI. I build with it. Claresto.com is my receipt: a live Ad Operations Command Center I architected and shipped. I run production agent systems at iExcel, including a voice AI that has logged 50,000 calls in legal intake.

And every Saturday in Overtown, I hand teens a laptop and free AI tools with one rule: everything we make must sell to a real customer. Talent was never the missing piece. Access was. I hold Miami stages for the same reason. AI should reach everyone, not just the people who already get it.

One KPI

We pick one real number your board cares about. Every build is tied to it. If it does not move that number, we do not build it.

Rule 02
90 days

Strategy, builds, and training run on a 90-day roadmap. Every month you get a one-page report: what moved, what is next, what it is worth.

Rule 03
Your team

I train your team to run what I build. When I leave, the capability stays. You own it.

What I am not

  • Not an agency. There is no bench of juniors behind me. You get me, in the room and in the code.
  • Not a vendor. I don't resell tools and I take no affiliate kickbacks. Independence is the product.
  • Not a deck. I ship working systems into your business. The roadmap is the scope.
