Your data, in plain English.
This site collects very little. Here is exactly what, why, who touches it, and how to make it go away.
Last updated: September 23, 2026
The short version
- Forms collect what you type into them: your name and email, plus a few optional details on the booking form.
- I use AI notetakers on my calls, free ones included. I tell you at the start. Ask and I turn it off.
- A few outside services load pieces of this site, like my calendar, fonts, and images. They see your IP address when those pieces load.
- Forms arrive as emails, and copies stay in my email inboxes. There is no customer database behind this site.
- I never sell your data. I never rent it. I never trade it.
- Do not send medical or health details through this site.
- Want your data gone? Email [email protected] and I delete it.
Who I am
This site, micahberkley.com, is run by me, Micah Berkley, a Fractional Chief of AI based in Miami, Florida. When this page says "I" or "me," that is who it means. When it says "you," it means anyone visiting the site or filling out a form on it.
What I collect
There are four forms on this site. Each one collects only what you see on it.
1. The booking request form (on /consult)
- Required: your name and email address.
- Optional: your company name, and a note on what you want AI to fix.
- What you picked: the session type, whether your company has 40+ employees, the session length, the time slot you asked for, and the price shown.
That request is emailed to me. Your email is set as the reply-to address so I can answer you directly.
2. The speaking inquiry form (on /speaking)
- Required: your name and email address.
- Optional: your organization, the event name and date, the audience size, the format you want, and a note about the room.
That inquiry is emailed to me the same way a booking request is, with your email set as the reply-to address.
3. The 90-Day Memo signup
- Your email address.
- The page you signed up from, and the time you signed up.
A copy is emailed to me so I always hold my own record of who subscribed. Once my newsletter service is connected, your email is also passed to it, and it asks you to confirm by email before the Memo starts.
4. The contact card form (on /contact)
- Your email address, used once to send you my contact card (a .vcf file).
That one goes straight to you. A copy of the email stays in my AgentMail inbox. It does not add you to any mailing list.
Booking a call on my calendar
When you book the free 30-minute call, you book it on Cal.com, my scheduling tool. Cal.com collects the details on its booking screen (usually your name, email, and anything you add) and sends me the booking. Cal.com's own privacy policy covers what it does with that.
Cal.com's scheduling script loads on almost every page of this site, not only when you click to book. On the homepage and /contact, the calendar itself loads straight from Cal.com as soon as the page opens.
Call recordings and AI notes
I use AI notetakers on my calls, the free ones included. The tools are Fireflies.ai, Google Meet notes by Gemini, and Otter.ai. Depending on the tool, that means audio, video, anything shared on screen, a transcript, and a summary with action items.
I say so at the start of every call. Anyone on the call can ask me to turn it off, and I do.
What your browser sends automatically
Like every website, when your browser loads a page it sends basic technical info: your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. My hosting provider handles that to deliver the page and block attacks. Outside services that load pieces of a page (Cal.com, Google Fonts, Unsplash, and YouTube where a page has a video) receive it too. The list below says which does what. I do not use it to identify you.
Hidden spam trap
Each form has a hidden field that real people never see. Bots fill it in. If it comes back filled, the submission is thrown away. That field collects nothing about you.
No health information, please
This website is not built to receive protected health information. Do not type medical details, patient information, diagnoses, or health records into any form on this site. Not in the booking notes, not anywhere.
If your business handles health data and you want to talk about AI for it, describe the problem in general terms. No real patient or health data, ever, through this site.
How I use it
- To answer your booking request and set up your session.
- To keep notes on our calls, and to give you the recording and action list from a paid session.
- To send you the 90-Day Memo, if you signed up for it.
- To email you my contact card, if you asked for it.
- To keep the site running and stop spam and abuse.
That is the full list. I do not build ad profiles. I do not use your form data to train AI models.
Who helps me run the site
I use a small set of services to run this site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
- Cloudflare (Pages and Functions). Hosts the site and runs the code behind the forms. Your form data passes through Cloudflare on the way to me.
- AgentMail. Sends the site's emails from [email protected]: booking and speaking requests and signup copies to my inbox, and contact cards to you. It keeps a copy of every booking request, Memo signup, and contact card request in my AgentMail inbox.
- Google (Gmail). My inbox. Booking requests, speaking inquiries, and signup copies are stored there.
- Beehiiv, once connected. The newsletter service for the 90-Day Memo. It is not connected yet. Today, signups are captured by email through AgentMail. Once it is connected, it gets your email address, sends the Memo, and handles unsubscribes.
- Cal.com. My scheduling tool for the free call. Its scheduling script loads on almost every page, and the calendar on the homepage and /contact loads straight from Cal.com when the page opens. So Cal.com receives your IP address on those pages even if you never book.
- AI notetakers: Fireflies.ai, Google Meet notes by Gemini, and Otter.ai. They record and take notes on my calls, free ones included. They receive what is said and shown on the call. I tell you at the start, and you can ask me to turn it off.
- Stripe, once online checkout is on. It is not on yet. Paid sessions are invoiced today, by card or ACH. Once it is on, a "Pay now" button on /consult takes you to Stripe's checkout. Stripe collects your card details directly. I never see or store your full card number.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, when turned on. See the next section.
- Google Fonts. The site's fonts load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Unsplash. Some images on the homepage and the writing pages load from Unsplash's servers, which means Unsplash receives your IP address and browser type when those pages load.
- YouTube, when a page has a video. An embedded video loads from YouTube and follows YouTube's own rules.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set its own cookies. No login, no shopping cart, no ad pixels.
Third-party pieces can set their own:
- Cal.com controls the cookies inside its calendar and booking popup. The calendar on the homepage and /contact loads when the page opens, before any click.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, when turned on, counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Microsoft Clarity, when turned on, uses cookies to show me how people use pages: clicks, scrolls, and session replays. It helps me fix confusing pages.
- Stripe, once online checkout is on, sets cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works.
I do not sell your data
Period. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not share it for targeted advertising. The only people who get it are the service providers listed above, doing the job I use them for, or anyone the law requires me to hand it to.
How long I keep it
- Booking requests stay in my Gmail and AgentMail inboxes as long as they are useful for working with you. Ask and I delete them.
- 90-Day Memo signups stay in my Gmail and AgentMail inboxes until you ask me to delete them. To unsubscribe today, email me. Once my newsletter service is connected, every Memo carries an unsubscribe link too. Unsubscribing stops the emails. Deleting my record of your signup takes one more email to me.
- Contact card requests use your address once, to send the card. A copy of that email stays in my AgentMail inbox until I delete it. Ask and I will. The address never goes on a mailing list.
- Call recordings and AI notes, free calls included, are kept for our work together. Paid-session recordings are shared with you. Ask and I delete them, and I ask the notetaker service to delete its copy.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask me to:
- Tell you what I have about you.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Fix anything that is wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop emailing you.
Email [email protected] with your request. I will confirm it is really you, then handle it and tell you when it is done. I will also ask the services above to delete their copy where they hold one.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. The keys that connect my forms to email are stored as encrypted secrets, never in the site's code. No system is perfect, so I keep what I collect small on purpose. The less I hold, the less there is to lose.
Children
This site is for adults running businesses. It is not meant for children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent me something, email me and I will delete it.
Changes and contact
If what this site collects changes, I update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
Questions about your data: [email protected]. I am based in Miami, Florida, USA. The rules for working together live on the terms page.
I'm the Fractional Chief of AI for businesses that know they're behind. I take you from watching AI happen to running on it in 90 days.
